Terms & Conditions

Welcome! By booking with Bliss & Beauty Decor, you agree to the following terms:


1. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings are confirmed once payment is received.

  • Dates and times are reserved exclusively for the client once confirmed.

  • A non-refundable booking deposit secures your date and service. This deposit cannot be applied toward cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows.


2. Decor Deposit

  • A refundable decor deposit may be required for certain events.

  • This deposit covers potential damage or loss of décor, props, or installations.

  • If all décor is returned in good condition, the deposit will be refunded within 7 business days following the event.


3. Setup & Teardown

  • Setup and teardown times are determined by Bliss & Beauty Decor and must be respected.

  • Overtime or additional travel may incur extra fees.


4. Decor Responsibility

  • All décor, props, and installations remain the property of Bliss & Beauty Decor.

  • Clients are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the event.

  • Fees for repair or replacement will be deducted from the refundable decor deposit or billed separately if damages exceed the deposit.


5. Rescheduling

  • Requests to reschedule must be submitted by email and are subject to availability.

  • Additional fees may apply.

  • Non-refundable booking deposits cannot be applied to new dates.


6. Venue Access & Conditions

  • Clients are responsible for securing venue access, permits, and approvals.

  • Bliss & Beauty Decor is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by venue restrictions or third parties.


7. Liability

  • Bliss & Beauty Decor is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages caused by guests or third-party vendors.

  • Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bliss & Beauty Decor from claims arising during the event.


8. Creative Discretion & Photography

  • Bliss & Beauty Decor retains creative discretion in executing designs.

  • Photos and videos may be taken for portfolio or marketing purposes. Client details remain private unless consent is given.


9. Cancellation Policy

  • All booking deposits are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation, reschedule, or no-show.

  • Refunds of the decor deposit are only applicable if all items are returned in their original condition, and will be processed within 7 business days after the event.
