Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing Bliss & Beauty Decor. These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure a seamless experience for both our clients and our team. By booking any service, experience, or design consultation with Bliss & Beauty Decor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.
1. Bookings & Payments
A reservation is confirmed once either full payment or a 50% non-refundable booking deposit has been received.
Clients may choose one of the following payment options:
- Pay in full at the time of booking, or
- Secure their reservation with a 50% non-refundable booking deposit.
A $200 refundable security deposit is required for all Ruby Collection experiences and is due 7 days prior to your scheduled experience, regardless of your selected payment option.
- If you paid in full at the time of booking, only the $200 refundable security deposit will be due 7 days before your experience.
- If you selected the 50% booking deposit option, the remaining balance and $200 refundable security deposit will be collected together 7 days prior to your experience.
To ensure your experience proceeds as scheduled, all outstanding payments must be received by the due date.
Failure to submit any outstanding balance or the refundable security deposit by the due date will result in the cancellation of your reservation. Please note that all booking deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Security Decor Deposit
A $200 refundable security deposit is required for all Ruby Collection experiences.
This deposit protects the décor, furnishings, props, styling elements, and rental inventory provided by Bliss & Beauty Decor while they remain in the client's possession.
The $200 refundable security deposit is due 7 days prior to your scheduled experience, regardless of your selected payment option.
- If you paid in full at the time of booking, only the refundable security deposit will be due 7 days before your experience.
- If you selected the 50% booking deposit option, the refundable security deposit will be collected together with your remaining balance.
Provided all Bliss & Beauty Decor items are returned in their original condition, your security deposit will be refunded within 7 business days following the completion of your experience.
Any damaged, missing, or stolen items may result in repair or replacement costs being deducted from the security deposit. If replacement costs exceed the deposit amount, the remaining balance will be invoiced to the client.
3. Setup & Teardown
Setup and teardown times are scheduled by Bliss & Beauty Decor based on your event timeline and venue requirements.
Additional setup time, overtime, extended event hours, or travel beyond the agreed service area may result in additional charges.
4. Care of Décor & Rental Items
All décor, furnishings, props, and styling elements supplied by Bliss & Beauty Decor remain the property of the company.
Clients are responsible for ensuring all rented items remain in good condition throughout the duration of the event or service.
Any damaged, missing, or stolen items will be repaired or replaced at the client's expense. Applicable costs may be deducted from the security deposit or invoiced separately if replacement costs exceed the deposit amount.
5. Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule must be submitted in writing via email.
Rescheduled bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Please note that booking deposits remain non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a new booking date.
6. Cancellation Policy
Booking deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, rescheduled events, or client no-shows.
If a refundable security deposit was collected, it will only be returned after all Bliss & Beauty Decor property has been inspected and confirmed to be in its original condition.
7. Venue Access
Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary venue access, permissions, parking arrangements, permits, and approvals required for installation and event setup.
Bliss & Beauty Decor is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or additional costs resulting from venue restrictions, venue policies, or third-party vendors.
8. Photography & Marketing
Bliss & Beauty Decor reserves the right to photograph or record completed designs, installations, and styled spaces for use in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials.
Client privacy is always respected, and personal information will never be shared without prior consent.
9. Creative Direction
By booking with Bliss & Beauty Decor, clients acknowledge and trust our professional creative direction.
While every effort is made to accommodate inspiration images and design preferences, each installation is thoughtfully curated based on the selected package, venue, seasonal availability, and overall design aesthetic.
10. Limitation of Liability
While we take every reasonable step to deliver your experience as planned, Bliss & Beauty Decor cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, venue restrictions, transportation delays, or the actions of third-party vendors.
11. Candles & Open Flame
Where real candles are incorporated into a design, clients are responsible for ensuring all venue rules and fire safety regulations are followed. Bliss & Beauty Decor reserves the right to substitute flameless candles where required by venue policies or where safety considerations make their use necessary.
